1. 以上優惠適用於易賞錢會員。使用優惠時需出示有關換領證明作核實。
The above exclusive offers are solely offered to the members of the MoneyBack App. A valid redemption proof must be presented for the redemption of such offers.

2. 以上優惠適用於所有Desk-one分店。
The offers are applicable at all Desk-one locations.

3. 優惠只適用於購買Desk-one之服務 (上限為HK$400)，此優惠不適用於購買寄賣商品及不能與其他優惠一同使用。
The offers are applicable solely to the purchase of Desk-one services up to HK$400. The offers are not applicable to consignment retail products. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers or coupons.

4. 首次體驗每位會員只限使用優惠一次。首次光顧的準則以Desk-one的系統為準。
Offer can only be redeemed once on the first visit. The "first visit" criteria to any Desk-one stores will rely upon the system of Desk-one.

5. 如有任何爭議，Desk-one溫室將保留最終決定權。
Should any dispute arise, the decision of Desk-one Limited shall be final.

- Only MoneyBack program App members (“MB Program Members”) (operated by A. S. Watson MoneyBack (HK) Limited (“MB”)) are entitled to these offers.
- The promotion period is from 24 Jun 2019 to 31 Dec 2019.
- The offers are valid for redemption until 31 Dec 2019, after which they will be invalid.  
- The offers are not transferable.
- The offers cannot be redeemed/exchanged for cash/other products, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts. 
- To enjoy 50% Off on First-time Visit offered by Desk-one Limited (“Desk-one”) available at https://www.desk-one.hk/find-us, MB Program Members are required to download the unique promo code (“Discount Code”) through the MoneyBack app, and use such Discount Code upon payment.
- The offers are applicable solely to the purchase of Desk-one services. The offers are not applicable to consignment retail products.
- Offer can only be redeemed once on the first visit. The "first visit" criteria to any Desk-one stores will rely upon the system of Desk-one.
- MB and the Desk-one reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the offers and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All matter or disputes will be subject to the decision of MB and the Desk-one, which shall be final and binding.

- MB is not the supplier of the products/services in these offers. MB shall have no liability relating to any aspect of the products/services, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the description of goods and/or services provided by Desk-one, any trade description, representation, statement, practices or conduct in connection with the offers or in making available the products and/or services in relation to the offers, by Desk-one, their employees, officers or agents.
- MB shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting or using any of the offers.
- If there are any discrepancies between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

- 此優惠需於 2019 年 12 月 31 日 11:59pm 前換領，逾期無效恕不補發。
