​關於工作坊

正念呼吸的核心概念相當簡單,就是「覺察」,也就是觀察,不有任何批判的心態,觀察並接納自己所有的念頭,有效幫助我們在壓力下,更好地掌控自己的情緒和感受,幫助我們在各種情況下都過著平衡、平靜的生活。   經常練習的好處包括:

- 可幫助心的放鬆及達致平靜 - 提升專注力和記憶力 - 增進對自己的了解 - 提升覺知和心的敏銳度 - 可以幫助處理恐懼、焦慮和壓力 - 增進工作和學習能力 - 培養對他人的愛與善意   日期: 6月14日 星期二 時間: 7:00pm- 8:00pm  地點: 星街 費用:$100, 二人成班

Life isn't about finding yourself, but creating yourself. I spent many years reflecting on who I am after resigning from a stable job and giving up its stable salary. Since then I have tried various spiritual methods to better myself. I found that the universe isn't just about chasing after arbitrary goals, its about sharing yourself with the world. I'm here to share what I've learned, so that we can be the richer soul.
