所有 Private Room 的預約也是經我們半自動的 Whatsapp ChatBot 。

All private room bookings are only processed via a semi-auto Whatsapp ChatBot.

如果你有2至10人就可以預約我們的 Private Room 做 meeting/discussion，我們的 Private Room 沒有額外收費，細房只要有2人或以上就可以預約了。但留意，預約受條款及細則約束，包括預約按金等，詳情會在此FAQ或預約確認前清楚說明。我們一般收費可以參考此連結 。

例如: Desk-one 分店weekdays收費是1小時$50/位，3小時$98/位，6小時$138/位。

There is no additional charge to book our Private Room for meeting and/or discussion purposes, subject to a 2-10 persons use or charge. Kindly note that all bookings are subject to certain terms and conditions, including a deposit, which shall be explained in detail in our FAQ or during the reservation process. Our pricing are illustrated here.

For example, Desk-one locations weekdays charge is: 1 Hour $50/person; 3 Hours $98/person; 6 Hours $138/person.

一位也可以預約獨立房間的，不過如果一個人使用獨立房間會有最低2人收費。例如：1小時會是 $50 x 最少2位 = 總共$100。

Yes, you may. But kindly note that we have a min charge of 2 pax for using a private room alone. For example: 1 Hour = $50 x min 2 pax = $100 in total.

一般情況下，一個人使用房間的時段，也會有最低二人收費。如特別情況遲到早退，而時間相差合理範圍內 (ie. 如6小時預約遲到30分鐘內)，收費都會是照常按每位計算，不設額外收費。

例如: User A預約了12:00-18:00 2位，但User B 15:00才到達。

User A: 12:00-18:00

User A 只有一人使用房間: 12:00-15:00

User B: 15:00-18:00

收費會是 User A ($138 weekdays 全日券) + User A 1個人用房間時段 ($98 weekdays 三小時) + User B ($98 weekdays 三小時) = $334 in total

In most circumstances, minimum two person charge shall apply as usual for the time period of using a private room alone. In special situations where one guest arrives late or leaves early within a reasonable range (e.g. within 30 minutes for a 6 hour booking), no additional charge would apply.

For example, User A made a reservation for 12:00-18:00 for two people, but User B arrived at 15:00.

User A: 12:00-18:00

User A uses the room alone: 12:00-15:00

User B: 15:00-18:00

The charges will be User A ($138 Weekdays Day Pass) + User A Single Use Surcharge ($98 for Weekdays 3 Hours Pass) + User B ($98 for Weekdays 3 Hours Pass) = $334 in total.

我們的 Private Room 每一組人最多只可以預約連續6小時，不過如果後面沒有其他預約，客人是可以繼續使用的，但假如有其他客人預約了其後的時段，你們可以移出到 Reading Lounge 的座位繼續工作，都會繼續是 Day Pass 的收費。一般而言，在店內逗留4小時以上便會是 Day Pass 的收費。

Each group of our Private Room users can only make one reservation for a maximum of 6 consecutive hours under a Day Pass. If there is no other reservation afterwards, the customer can continue to use the Private Room. If there are other reservations, you can continue your work at our Reading Lounge and you will still be charged for the Day Pass. Generally speaking, staying for more than 4 hours would be regarded as a Day Pass.

可參考Q4，如果一定要預約超過6小時的 Private Room，會有額外收費。7-9 小時是 1.5x Day Pass; 9小時以上是 2x Day Pass。

例如：9小時 Weekdays 2位使用會是 $138 x 1.5x x 2位 = 總共$414 。

Further to Q4 above, if you must need a Private Room for over 6 hours, surcharge applies. 7-9 Hours would be 1.5 Day Pass per person, while over 9 hours would be 2x Day Pass.

For example: 9 Hours 2-Pax Private Room would be $138 x 1.5x x 2 pax = $414 in total.

為達至共享原則，同一日同一組客人只可做一個預約的，如果分開預約，價錢會是分開計算的（即在第二個預約開始前check-out，再重新check-in計算收費）。

Each group of room users can only make one reservation per day, or the two bookings shall be charged separated. (i.e. Before the start of the second booking, we will check-out and check-in again.)

我們收費都是按人數及時間收費的。

例如: User A: 11:00-14:00 User B: 11:00-12:00 User C: 12:00-13:00 User D: 13:00-14:00

收費會是: User A ($98 weekdays 3小時) + User B, C, D ($50 weekdays 1小時) x 3 = $248

All our pricing is charged based on time and on a per person basis.

For example: User A: 11:00-14:00 User B: 11:00-12:00 User C: 12:00-13:00 User D: 13:00-14:00

Total charge would be: User A ($98 weekdays 3 hours) + User B, C, D ($50 weekdays 1 hour) x 3 = $248

因 Private Room 數量有限，而 Private Room 沒有額外收費，以及為達至共享及按實際需要使用原則，我們會收到按金款項後才能確認預留房間。

As there is no surcharge for using our Private Room, and to achieve “fair use” and “use based on actual needs” principles, we are only able to confirm a Private Room booking upon receiving a deposit payment.

房間款式是按人數安排的，我們會按各預約的使用人數安排合適的房間，恕未能安排某指定房間。如有特別需要，我們可以note your preference。

We can note your room preference if you have a special request. It would be based on the number of persons in each reservation on that day, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee one particular room.

因為我們是按預約人數/時間收費及安排房間的，所以預約 Private Room 的話收費會按預約人數，及實際使用時間/人數，以較高者為準的。預約時可考慮先預約已確定出席的人數，而有增加的話，可盡早與我們聯絡安排。

As we arrange the appropriate room based on the reserved number of users, the charge is based on the higher of the reserved number of users and the actual number of users. We would recommend you to book the confirmed number of users first, and update us as soon as new confirmed users are available. We will then arrange the appropriate room with our best effort.

請留意如需更改或取消，會需要5-14天前通知的（以預約確認為準），否則我們會收取相等於按金的取消費用。

Rescheduling, cancellation or changes can only be made with 5-14 days advance notice (based on the confirmation upon booking). Otherwise, we will charge a cancellation fee that is equivalent to the deposit.

如無取消，按金可以當天用作抵銷消費款項，或可選擇留起作往後的預約訂金或消費用，請留意按金一般不設退款。

Deposit can be used to partially settle the fees on that day, or it can also be kept for future bookings, if there is no cancellation and/or last minute rescheduling. No refund can be arranged under most circumstances.

以下是我們Desk-one惡劣天氣開放時間之一般安排:

- 若在開店前已經預告或已發出「八號或以上颱風」或「黑色暴雨」警告訊號，Desk-one將會暫停開放

- 若在下午4點前已經預告或已除下「八號或以上颱風」或「黑色暴雨」警告訊號，Desk-one將在天文台警告訊號除下不多於2個小時後照常營業

- 若在開放時間內預告或發出「八號或以上颱風」警告訊號，Desk-one將在天文台預告2個小時內暫停營業

- ⁠惡劣天氣下的實際開放時間可參考FB 及 IG Story，或與我們Whatsapp查詢

有關在惡劣天氣下，Private Room預約之安排:

- 預約於Desk-one分店未能正常營業的情況下會作自動取消及可以作免費改期。

- ⁠而在預約開始前1.5小時前已發出「黑色暴雨」或「八號或以上颱風」，而Desk-one維持開放的話，客人可選擇繼續使用或安排免費改期。

Our general rules on opening hours under adverse weather are as follows:

- We will remain close if T8 and/or Black Rainstorms warning is hoisted 2 hours before the store opening time.

- If T8 and/or Black Rainstorms warning is lowered or forecasted to be lowered at or before 4pm, our stores would open within 2 hours after such announcement.

- If T8 is hoisted or announced to be hoisted during our operating hours, we would close within 2 hours after such announcement.

- ⁠Special opening hours are announced in Facebook & Instagram Story on that day, or you can whatsapp us for more information.

The free rescheduling policy under adverse weather of our Private Room bookings is as follows:

- Free rescheduling is available if Desk-one branches are closed due to adverse weather.

- ⁠In the event of T8 or Black Rainstorms is hoisted 1.5 hours before the booking start time, and that our branch remains open, clients are offered an option of (i) continuing their booking as usual, or (ii) special free rescheduling arrangement.
